The Farm Shack at Miller Farm Operation is a farm to table store located in Athens, Tennessee. Our beef is USDA inspected, grain finished beef, straight from our farm to your table. We take pride in being able to serve our community with high quality food raised right here in McMinn County from our farm and other family farms. The store front is open every 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month from 9AM-1PM.
Our Beef Brisket is sourced from the breast or lower chest of a cow, and is USDA inspected and grain finished. It is delivered straight from our farm to your table, frozen and vacuum-sealed for maximum flavor and quality. Please note that this product is only available for local pick-up and cannot be shipped.
