The Farm Shack at Miller Farm Operation is a farm to table store located in Athens, Tennessee. Our beef is USDA inspected, grain finished beef, straight from our farm to your table. We take pride in being able to serve our community with high quality food raised right here in McMinn County from our farm and other family farms. The store front is open every 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month from 9AM-1PM.
Our ground beef is sourced from our farm and is USDA inspected. It contains 80% lean meat and 20% fat, providing a high-quality cut that is grain finished. To maintain its freshness, the beef is frozen and vacuum-sealed, ensuring a taste that you will enjoy. Please note that this product is only available for local pick-up and cannot be shipped.
